International Quotations - General

1. Where possible quotations for all equipment will be sent via email.
2. All quotations will be sent in Word or standard email format.
3. Specification sheets will be sent in .jpeg / .jpg format.
4. Drawings will be sent in .dwg format and you will need some form of CAD program to view or print these. We suggest you use a free program called IntelliCAD®

If you do not have access to these programs please advise us of what software you have and we will try to oblige.

Always, please supply Company Name, Your name, Full address and Telephone and Fax numbers so we can contact you. If you know your International Time Zone please send this as well.

Local Quotations

1. These will be sent by Snail Mail, Fast Mail, Fax or email as above.
2. We do not use local courier services.

Major Projects

Quotations for major projects and purchases will be sent by FedEx courier.

FedEx offer a Parcel Tracking Service (see below).

International Quotation Tracking Procedures

In order to be able to present our quotations in good time and complete form we have chosen FedEx as our carrier.

The system works as follows:

1. We hand over the parcel to FedEx and obtain an International Air Waybill Number.
2. This number and date of departure is sent to you by email immediately.
3. Once received by you this information may be traced by using the FedEx Tracking System by pressing the FedEx Logo below.
4. Please do not wait if you cannot get the information - contact us by email and we will check it out.

The Bus chassis is an IVECO ML170E27 fitted with a 65 seater body - right shows underbody areas treated with rust proofing application (click thumbnails for larger picture)
Duly favoured by the Zimbabwe Union Conference of Seventh Day Adventists we have received an order for a school bus to be used in Central Zimbabwe.

The exchange rates at present are so unfavourable that the client and ourselves are co-operating to produce the bus partially in South Africa and partially in Zimbabwe.

The body and fittings will be manufactured in South Africa and all seats will be fitted and supplied in Zimbabwe.

This co-operation again shows the flexibility we have when producing equipment for our Clients use.

The base chassis is the IVECO 170E27 which is ideal for the purpose.

Staff buses utilize the same chassis as our different taxi versions. Ideal for transporting personnel to and from work, in plant and in works movement of larger groups and for transport and collection of client groups to various venues.

Painting in corporate colours is advisable.

Air conditioning options, tinted windows, parcel racks, cloth upholstery on the seats, side lockers, radio/tap/CD/PA systems all play their part in the build specifications.

Buses such as these make IDEAL Airport Transfer units for the various Hotel groups.

The image of the client company is important when making a buying decision...

Seats are covered in a good quality cloth, parcel racks are mandatory, all surface areas are fully carpeted and floors may either be "Marley" or carpet. The driver's compartment is comfortable with excellent instrumentation and controls. All round vision is particularly good and much emphasis is placed on safety.
Staff buses normally have a front entrance as opposed to sliding side doors.  Cloth for seating is available in a wide variety of patterns. Chequer plate passage protection is an option
